DIGESTIVE DISCOMFORT: bloating, gas, diarrhea, and constipation are not only sources of serious discomfort, but also proof that you need to revamp your diet. Detoxing will give you the opportunity to reset your gut for improved function.
BLEMISHED SKIN: when harsh chemicals are allowed to accumulate in your body, there’s a good chance your skin will start to suffer. All the toxins you have inside waiting to be released will begin to make their way to the surface and manifest in the form of acne, inflammation, rashes, rosacea, and other skin problems, such as discoloration or itchiness.
CONSTANT FATIGUE: science shows that if you’re experiencing constant fatigue no matter how much sleep you get, it may be due to a buildup of contaminants blocking your brain and adrenal glands from communicating effectively. This results in adrenal fatigue. Chronic tiredness can also be evidence that your liver is working overtime to try and dispose of the extra polluants plaguing your body.
REGULAR JOINT PAIN: an abundance of toxins can lead to an issue with chronic inflammation, which will eventually start to take a toll on your joints. If you feel sore, stiff, and achy on a consistent basis, it’s likely you’re dealing with an increase in inflammation and a need to detox.
BRAIN FOG: brain fog makes it difficult to focus on tasks or remember things. This can occur regularly when an elevated presence of inflammation has damaged your protective blood-brain barrier. Detoxing will help to relieve inflammation so you can think clearly again.

During those sessions, Coach Nathalie will dive in deep to give you the knowledge to build generational health. You will also be eligible to ask Coach Nathalie a question during this hour.
